Refund Policy

We offer consumers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on every product purchased directly from the Grabcessories.com website. To initiate a return, please call our customer service team at 440-318-5916 in advance to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All RMA requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

All refunds will be issued as a credit to the original credit card used for purchase within ten (10) business days after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned merchandise.

Please note the following conditions:

• A $20.00 per item restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• A credit card processing fee (equal to the processing fee charged at the time of purchase) will also be deducted from the refund amount.

• Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly through Grabcessories.com & LiveWellHS.com. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through third-party websites, brick & mortar stores, installers, or any other retail or commercial accounts outside of LiveWell Home Safety Solutions, LLC and the Grabcessories website.
